We = may have two other couples coming, they haven't gotten back to me = definitively yet. I'll let you know as soon as I hear. = Depending on whether one or both of them are coming, we may need to use = the separate guest cottage.

By the way, it looks like there's no = door between bedrooms 3 and 4. Is that right? And those are = two twin beds? Can they be made into a single queen? Bedrooms 3 & 4 connect though a shared = bathroom. We can set up bedroom 3 as a king if you = want.

The= first four couples are staying the entire time. The others are = staying for only part of the time. Do you need everyone's = departure info before we get there, or can people tell you when they get = there? We can handle departures with = 24 hour notice.

On tennis and yoga, people may be interested in both, how far = in advance do we have to plan? Fortunately this is the off-season so availability may not be = a problem, so 24 hour notice should be sufficient.

Fireworks are a great = idea, would love to do that for her birthday celebration on June = 6! And some kind of live music that night, too. What are our = options for that? There are two = options for fireworks. There is a pre-packaged show that will get = everyones attention for about 5 minutes for around $3,000. = A full =E2=80=9CFourth of July=E2=80=9D show would start at = $14,000 for 8 - 10 minutes. What is your preference for live = music: 1) background music, 2) dance music, 3) interactive = participatory music. One band is included in the rate, but you = might considered a steel drum band for your arrival dinner = ($1,600). I have some suggestions for the = birthday celebration, but it might be easier to speak on the = phone.

All the other activities sound great, I'm sure some folks = will want to play golf, everyone will want some spa time (not sure when, = though), and Stefanie will almost certainly want to do a day trip on a = boat. Do we have to decide before we arrive, though? Same = for dining reservations. It's hard to plan without Stefanie's = input! If you could let us know what sorts of activities we need = to book in advance, and how much in advance, that would be very = helpful. Then Rhonda, Jessica and I could put our heads together = and make some decisions. The = nice boats are in short supply. The range is about $900 for a half = day excursion to $15,000 for a full day on a nice yacht. You have = also a choice between power and sail. Power boats tend to be = limited to 12 passengers due to licensing and insurance. = Please give me some guidance and I will start looking for a = boat for you. Other activities should be available with = 24 hour notice. Dining reservations for large parties will be more = difficult. Best to make those in = advance.

I'll get back to you with some more food thoughts, but I = don't have to plan the full week's worth of food in advance, do I? = I had assumed I need to let you know what we want stocked for the first = few days, but then Stefanie could speak up when we get there and plan = meals for the last several days of the trip (other than the birthday = dinner on June 6, which we'll plan via email). You get involved with menu planning as much = as you want, but typically Chef Estelle only needs any food restrictions = and preferences to get started. She can tweak the menus once you = arrive.
